On Saturday, February 6, 2021, 911 dispatch in New Haven, CT received multiple reports of shots fired not far from Yale University's main campus. Authorities arrived on scene to find 26-year-old graduate student, Kevin Jiang, deceased after suffering multiple gunshots from point blank range. Virtually every witness on scene reported seeing the shooter flee in a dark colored SUV.  However, due to several blunders and missteps by law enforcement early on, the killer was able to make a clean getaway- resulting in a global manhunt for former MIT research student, 29-year-old Qinxuan Pan…
