Lubbock, TX police were dispatched to the Carriage House Inn & Suites on Sunday, January 8th, 2017 after several reports came in of a man laying unresponsive in their back parking lot. Upon arriving, authorities found a deceased man who had been shot, stabbed, and suffered some type of violent beating that left a portion of his skull visibly protruding above his left eye. The victim was a known violent offender in the area, who had apparently succumbed to a vicious form of street justice…
