On a chilly April evening, a woman walking her dog in Canarsie Park in Brooklyn, NY saw something shocking just off the path. It appeared to be a body… or at least a part of one.  Doing what any Good Samaritan would, she ran home to her phone to contact authorities.  As the investigation ensued, the NYPD uncovered a murder mystery that seemingly came straight out of a popular crime TV show…
