From what investigators could gather, a hitchhiker had entered their car and shot both the driver and passenger from the back seat. He then stole their vehicle and left them to die. The ensuing manhunt led police across state lines, where they eventually encountered someone central to the case… a bizarre young man with an unbelievable story to tell…
