A Delray, FL police officer conducted a routine traffic stop at 3:28 a.m. on February 3, 2020 and was alarmed to see the driver completely covered in blood. Despite inconsistencies in his story and an expired provisional license, the man was permitted to leave. Just four hours later, the bloodied body of a homeless man who had been viciously stabbed to death was found in a parking garage in Boca Raton, leading investigators down a dark and winding path of pent-up rage and extreme violence…
