By October of 2022, Rachelle Brewsaugh had just moved into her new Ohio home, with her long-term boyfriend, Toby Madden. Faced with a myriad of renovations and chores to do to fix the house up, Rachelle brought in some utility workers to inspect the gas line. When the men entered the home until the time they left at around 9 in the morning, they reported that everything looked perfectly normal - nothing was amiss at all. But only three hours later, the house was swarmed with police officers responding to a gruesome scene…
